Good Lunch Box
I bought the Insulated Lunch Tote. It's a nice size for work. My lunch stayed cool all day. Delivery took about 6 days. No problems with the order. It does what it says.
Consistent quality, reliable brand
This was my third time ordering from Hydro Flask, and they didn't disappoint. I got the Coffee Mug this time, after getting a Wide Mouth Water Bottle and a Food Jar previously. The quality is consistently good across all their products. The mug keeps my coffee hot for hours, just like my water bottle keeps drinks cold. Shipping was about the same as my last order, around a week. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm going to get, and it always performs well. No issues with any of my orders.
Got a new tumbler
So I finally caved and got one of those Tumblers with a Straw, the 22 oz one. My friend has one, and it looked nice. Ordering was easy enough, just clicked around and picked my color. It arrived in about a week, which was fine. I've been using it for my iced tea, and it actually keeps it cold for a long time. Like, I'll fill it up in the morning, and there's still ice in the afternoon. Pretty happy with it, my drinks stay chill, and it fits in my car cup holder, which is a plus. Would probably get another one.

The quality feels very durable, and the Flex Cap is easy to carry. I haven't had to contact support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I'm happy with the product, just wish shipping was a little quicker.
